You make a lot more money selling tools than products 1 to 1. Sell 1 to Many in a short amount of time. Only 100 copies available. @ $19 $1900 in one day. Compared to waiting a year to sell 100 copies yourself.

Plan your content schedule ahead of time like a TV season! 3 months out. Get ahead of schedule and have episodes ready before they go out. 3 episodes ahead so you could take a day off or get sick and stay on schedule.
Use outsourcers to get more work done. You only have so much time.
Syndicate your content out to other locations so you reuse the work you already did.
Video, audio, blog post, social post get them to spread your content for you.
You will soon be found all over the internet.
You scale by sharing your content in more places, not creating more content.
68. Watch for new websites, what’s new online
Substack.com lets you build a list for free and have multiple free and paid email newsletters
There are loads of useful web tools out there. Keep an eye out for them and check them out.

50 packs for $299 Limited to 25 buyers.
70. Keep your pages fun, cool and interesting no matter the niche. A quiz or interactive element helps keep them on your page. Have links to a variety of topics so you can find out what they are looking for. Monetize that page. Add an opt in for more fun and cool stuff. Take it up a notch, the lead magnet continues with something extra.
Send the list, emails that lead to your new fun pages that are monetized.
Drive traffic with Youtube videos, forums and groups you belong to.
Drive FB ads to your fun and cool pages instead of offers.
Add new pages regularly.
71. Review method that works well
Review blog – “Big Niche Reviews” “ MikesReviews”
Frequent product reviews
New post for each review – new email list for each product with 1 welcome email(Link to Free Video you promised)Product Sales Page… future broadcast email points to new reviews as you produce them.
Create thumbnail image of video on sales page – put it first on your post like this
Opt – in to Watch Free Video (Keep on page after opt-in).
“You will remain on this page”
-Another link of your choice – anything you want. Another product, another review, blog post, video
Click here to Visit Product Sales Page
Place a 500-1000 word product review here
Make a Youtube video of you reading half the written review while looking at an image of a sales page or inside a membership site. You did buy the product or get access to it didn’t you?
Tell viewers to read the rest of the review by clicking the link in description below. Link to your review page.
Repeat as often as you like.
Simple and effective review site method, I think.
Are you getting enough internet marketing ideas and strategies in this series of posts? Thinking of all the ways you can use some of them in your business is how you find a winner.
72. Build an ongoing adventure for your visitors
Using stories and a consistent character, you get people invested in finding out what happens next. What did Tony Do? Why did he do it? What does he want? How is he getting there?
Invent an interesting character and have him do things while you tell the story. Show his journey to get where your visitors want to go. What does he achieve and how?
Story goes from page to page.. With cliffhangers ending on each page. Curiosity..
Page 3 has an opt in to continue the story. Story continues in your emails.
Be a writer and create the story. Just be interesting and have fun with it. Don’t be too serious. Mix in some learning and golden nuggets.
If it takes off, create an Amazon Shorts series and sell that for 99 cents/chapter on the Kindle.
Amazon loves to promote series and people buy them all the time.
73. Super Simple Sales System
No Website required
Lock your content for free
Use Google docs for everything.
Lead in content- google doc
Salespage with paypal button – google doc
Product Delivery/Thank You Page – google doc
People on social media don’t mind clicking on google doc links especially if you are helping them in some way. Share your google doc link all over the place where it makes sense. It doesn’t look like an affiliate link or self promotion. Don’t go overboard and over do it or you may lose a google account/facebook account.
Also great to put this link in blog posts, forums, groups and free documents you upload and share. Even great in Youtube comments and descriptions.
74. Always remember you are selling your experience or knowledge in order to help people. Your unique opinions make you one of a kind. You have no competition. You are you.
Offer solutions in packages
-consulting -copy-writing -content -counseling -training courses -coaching sessions -free seminars -paid seminars -masterminds -private group coaching -email only coaching -30 day challenge -video courses
Tailored uniquely for one client -who is your dream client?
Make it a new or improved edition ie. system with a brand new name
Systems are scalable. Systems can be sold. Systems can be run by someone else.
Your high ticket course can be the easiest product to make. Just write a sales page, offer beta access cheap and add a few things to your membership site. Get people to join and ask them what they think and what they want in the membership. Drip feed new content every month with a teaser of what’s coming next.
Let your members help create the next content by telling you exactly what they want.
75. What can you offer?
Don’t just try to think of what people want. Think about what you have to offer. What have you done and can save time, money or your sanity? How did you solve a problem? You have experience in something that you can share. Start with you. Your skills, your knowledge and your experiences matter. They can help someone else. What do you want to share?
This is personal help. Valuable and more interesting than simply a step by step guide. With dry facts and a lot of work people have to do. Your solutions from your life. Always include what it taught you.
Create a package you would buy. Packages are easier for people to understand and get rid of confusion.
When you sell anything on a sales page, people are already thinking about the new problems it will bring to them if they buy it.
Be flexible and adapt your packages and products as time goes by. It will never be the perfect solution for everyone. Good enough to sell is fine at the start. Just launch that sucker.
76. More Offer Tips
People will always pay for things that create more time, money and improve their life.
Be passionate and excited about your offers. Aim for a particular audience/person in your marketing. Be specific about who you work with.
Create Unique Offers- Can only get it here.
Sidenote: that is one of the problems with affiliate promotions. You are sending hot leads right to someone else. Building them up and sending people to them. They get the name recognition and the ability to capture them on a list of the product owner. Most people don’t buy on the first visit but a good marketer will get them to buy something else later.
Once they see the sales page, many will go to google and see what else that vendor has. So always keep that in mind when promoting affiliate products. You are sending traffic away and may lose many of them.
Testing and Validating your Idea
What do you bring to the market?
Sift for other offers to see what you can do differently and make the best offer to sell.
Who else is offering services in the market?
Who is buying or commenting on those offers?
Look at Facebook Ad comments.. Amazon product comments.. Instagram ads.
What are the immediate reactions people have?
What problems, pain points or passions come up again and again?
What is great about your offer? Can simply be you or your approach. A unique Angle.
Make your product name Unique and Interesting.
Read the 1 star reviews as well as the 5 stars to find problems you can solve.
Find the complaints. See how they talk about the problem. Use in your copy. How do they express concerns, what language are they using over and over?
Look for books in your space and read the reviews. Make your product better.
Read blogs, forums and social media that discuss your space for ideas.
People are all the same, we all think, worry and complain. If someone took the time to write a complaint, 100 thought the same and didn’t post.
There is weight in reviews and comments.
77. Designing An Offer
Use a process or system for creating offers. The same system will be improved over time.
Example basic offer: Zoom consultation + Homework + Follow-up consultation + Email support
You can always turn it into a course after some sales. The first few clients will show you where to improve the product. So make it an introductory offer that sells a transformation (end result). Sell futures not features. A few steps to take to get the results they want. It is not set in stone; you may make changes at any time. Test it on your first clients and tweak and improve it.
You will get better as you keep creating offers. Always be creating new offers. How can you turn something into an offer/solution?
Before your first consultation, have your client fill out a pre-consultation assessment form. Use google forms to do it. Learn what they want. What result is most important to them?
What is your #1 problem you want to solve?
How do you want to achieve it?
Where do you want to be in 12 months?
12 months from now, what would the year look like if you achieved what you want?
Why do you want to do it?
You just need information before you prescribe a solution. Tailor your session for each client.
Package your Offer
Coaching, Training, Counseling, Support
Initial 30 minute consultation
60 – 90 minute session with homework assignments
20 minute follow up session
Achieve at least one quick win for them in each session. Specific results you can see.
Follow up to find out what worked and what didn’t. Tweak your offer to help better. Listen to your client – you will learn what to do differently next time.
Delivering a service
Design, writing, content or maybe 5 blog posts or videos
Have a 30 minute initial briefing and go over what they want to achieve and what you are going to deliver. Write it down. Go over options and requirements. Explain the process and schedule.
Do the work and deliver it on time or early if possible.
15 minute follow-up debrief.
It is a chance to get feedback and upsell to more of the same.
Make the initial offer an introductory special but tell them upsells are regular prices. This filters out bad clients and either one of you can decide not to work together. It’s a special price to try you out for a short time. It is not a big 1 year commitment.
Listen and take notes on your debriefs. Give them time to get results before you have a follow-up meeting.
Most businesses fail because of poor offers. You can and should be perfecting it over time.
You get better and better if you ask them what they want and need to get results. What is the hang-up?
This is how you build a proven irresistible offer. Keep creating new offers and improving them. How can you break your offer down into a low ticket piece and a mid ticket piece?
What can you add to up the value? Stack up what they get for the price and give 10 times the value for the price paid. If the price is $100 give them $1000 worth.
Have your base framework for this type of offer and customize it for each client.
That could include how it is delivered, how they book, what time slots and where you meet.
The framework makes it repeatable and someone else could step in and do it for you.
Some will want email communication, some want to work over the phone or Zoom.
Nothing wrong with email coaching.
Stick to your time limits. Don’t offer much free information. You are in control of the time. No more than 5 extra minutes on a consultation. Always another client waiting. “Your time is up. Any quick questions before we wrap up?” Be clear on how much time they have.
You have to remember you have other higher ticket products to sell them later. Your package must deliver what you promised, the transformation. But don’t throw in extra time for free.
Resist the temptation to over deliver too much in this introductory offer. Save that for your next level products. It is always a value ladder.
You only have so much time, just take them step by step so they don’t get overwhelmed and stuck. More is fine but they need to buy higher ticket offers.
Be very clear on what the offer delivers. 1. Serve, 2. Scale, 3. Repeat.
Pricing Your Offers
Testing different prices is the best way to find your best price. Pick a number that feels good to you, that is within reach of your ideal client. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive.
You don’t want the bargain hunter client. Don’t do anything for free or if it isn’t profitable. No favors.
Start higher than you want at first- you can always come down.
Never insult them with too cheap of a price. Stick to your prices. Always be a little higher than the going rate. You can always change it later.
How to get those clients
Use a multi-pronged approach and don’t get comfortable with just one method.
Leverage your existing network of family and friends.
Your list is full of warm leads and people who love to help.
Build your list by giving away your best stuff in lead magnets. Don’t waste time giving them low quality crap. Your best stuff is what will attract leads. Show part of it to them first and tell them how they can get the rest.
Build your social presence online
Giving out your best ideas and tips. Use Facebook lives, groups, instagram and what ever else is popular. A Youtube channel full of videos can only help.
Build a private group of your own. It’s a great way to build a warm list.
Give up one great golden nugget in your Facebook live and send them to join your private group.
Have a great giveaway to entice them to join. Hook them. Personally welcome each new member. Make introductions.
Go where your ideal clients hang out. Offer them free group coaching taster sessions. Have a weekly live Q and A show in your group. Be helpful in your group and friendly but your products solve the big problems. Save your time and energy for your clients first. Don’t give away too much for free. Tell them where they can get it.
78. What to Put On Your Website
Have multiple places for people to sign up for your list. Your free gift (3 tips that will…)It’s a quick win, pretty short and easy to consume. Upgraded content is a great lead magnet.
Post lots of in depth useful content on your niche. It will build your authority and show you know what you are talking about. Nobody but an expert would write so much on a topic. Too much for them to even read it all. It makes all your products look like a great idea.
Have lots of 3 minute tip videos on your website to attract the non-readers.
Your blog titles should be focusing on addressing the emotions that underpin the problems they face in this niche. What are they concerned about and worried about?
Keep a professional tone but be friendly and approachable.
Bottom line: people are interested in what’s in it for them. They don’t care about you.
79. The Reason People Struggle Online
Confidence! Without confidence no one will buy anything from you. You must be excited about your offers. Complete confidence in everything you do. Crazy level of confidence. In order to write compelling sales pages and content. They will smell it if you have doubts.
You get confident by just doing it! Time and time again. Do what needs to be done on a regular basis. Take action on what you already have.
Confidence is something you get just from doing something over and over until you conquer it. Conquer your fears and doubts. By refilling your confidence cup even as people try to empty it. Do things to fill your confidence cup up every day. Negativity is all around us. So you need to work on your confidence level daily.
Confidence comes from getting better at things. It doesn’t even have to be related to your work.
Don’t put deadlines on your goals until you have plenty of experience doing something.
You don’t know how long it is going to take beforehand. Set the goal but no deadline.
You can always change your goals as long as it gets you closer to success. Goals are something to keep your focus on. Not if you don’t get it, you are a failure. You are allowed to adapt and change goals.
You use goals to aim for something you want to achieve.
Break your goal down into stepping stones you need to reach to move towards the goal.
Focus on the steps you need to get done to move forwards.
If you do all the steps, you have to reach the goal. One step at a time.
Just keep showing up even if you only do a little bit. Make it a habit to do something every day.
Reward yourself for showing up.
Reward yourself every time you accomplish a goal. Enjoy the success.
Achieving goals compounds your success and confidence – people notice. When you are moving towards goals all the time, you stand taller and have purpose.
Have a ritual- 5am go to gym 9am write more content
Keep doing it every day even when you don’t want to. Even if you just do a little and than stop early. People are habitual, you will get more done when it becomes your habit.
Keep showing up and get those stepping stones done.
Confidence on Demand
Set a goal and attach a reason why to it. Map the steps you need to get done.
Prioritize doing the steps
Get in the zone when you are really working hard and getting things done.
Understand that “HARD” is what leads to real value.
Recognize when you are losing momentum before it is too late to stop it.
Reset your momentum by taking a short break, have a breather and look at your reason why.
Reset by exercising, turning off the computer or reading a book for 10 minutes.
Go look at what people you respect are doing. Get inspiration from them.
Try to break your steps down into one days work. So you complete it that day.
Every single day get one of your steps done.
Bravery builds confidence. Risk Taking.
Time and practice fixes your confidence level. You don’t need to buy another info product.
