Affiliate niche marketing is a great way to make money online.  You simply find profitable niches with buyers and build a website or blog that covers that market.  Like the diet or beauty market.  Your site will be all about that market but you need to drill down to effectively sell affiliate products.

In order to compete, you need to find keywords you can rank for easier.

You will have a hard time ranking in the search engines for Diet or Beauty top keywords.  You need to target down the food chain like diets after pregnancy or skin creams for women over 30.

Find a niche you can compete in, find lots of content and offer quite a few different products too.

You can make  a site for your small niche but I recommend making the site an authority site on the whole market.  Now you can talk about a lot more and it is easier to build a large site that the search engines will love.

Your site should be separated into 4 or 5 main categories.  And then have your niche keywords under the related category.

As your visitors come through, they will find what interests them and read on.

For example, on a beauty authority site.  You could have categories based on age range.  And then your content would be aimed at the specific visitor.

They would click on Under 30 and see content for people under 30.  Products for people under 30.  Not a wrinkle cream/facelift that is aimed at someone over 50.

Segmenting and having directly related info on the page will help your sales immensely and keep people reading.  Affiliate niche marketing is about finding good low competition keywords and providing a page for that exact phrase.

For the best results, read that keyword and really think about what people are actually looking for.  Then provide a good answer or solution.

Any time someone types a phrase into Google, they are asking a question.
