Why Do You Need Your Own Squeeze Page?
You already have a replicated company website to send people to but so does everyone else in your company. With the company site, you have no way to add your own information and make yourself stand out. In Network Marketing the only way to get someone to join your downline is to make them want to sign up and work with you. Branding yourself as the expert who is going to help them make money is how you build solid organizations in your business. They could join anyone so you have to sell what you personally offer.
Company sites are all the same and never sell you as an expert. They are fine after you have a leads contact information but not until then. 99.9% of first time visitors to any company replicated site will not sign up on the first visit. You need a place to send your marketing and promotion leads to that will show them who you are, how you can help them make money and go into depth with detailed information about your opportunity so they can read and decide without the dreaded “nothing to do here except join now or leave”
People take time to decide about things especially a new business that is rather expensive to join on the spot. So they leave and you hope they will remember your website. Yikes… Or they think about it and decide to join and forget your site so they google the company name until they find another persons company replicated site and sign up with them. Super Yikes…
So using a company replicated website as your only marketing is not going to work. Sure if you send thousands of people there you will eventually get someone to sign up. But you really need a lot of people to join your opportunity in order to make money before you run out of advertising cash.
The leading cause of people quitting MLM is the fact that they run out of money to advertise before the business starts making money.
Today you really need a personal website or blog as your landing page where you will send all your promotion and marketing leads to first. It doesn’t have to be difficult or a giant website. To start out keep it small and easy. You can add to it later.
The best way to bring new people into your marketing funnel is with a simple system.
1. Squeeze Page
Yes I know a lot of people don’t like them, they don’t want to give up an email just to read more about anything. Why do people use them? Because they work. Simple as that and as long as they work, we need to use them. So setting up a simple squeeze page or landing page for your advertising efforts is well worth it.
2. Information Pages Or a Blog
After people opt-in to your squeeze page send them to a information page or blog about you and your business opportunity. Really tell them about you and what you are doing and how you are going to help them every step of the way. Have lots of information about the business, about network marketing and give them links to visit, videos and audios about your program.
Don’t try to sell directly just inform and educate and most important get them excited about this opportunity to make money. The more information the better, tell them how to sign up and what you are going to do after they sign up. Make it easy for them with a short video showing you going through the sign up process. Video yourself going through the replicated site and explaining it to them.
So This Is Great, How Do I Do It?
Don’t worry I am about to show you step by step:
How To Make A Squeeze Page

All you have to do is edit the words and add your optin information.
Need an Auto Responder? Try Aweber I really like them and have been a member for years. Great Videos show you how to setup and put together your first campaign. Keep it simple just a few messages sent out over the next week. Tell them about yourself and why you joined this business, ask them to email you or call you if they have questions. The whole point of the opt-in is to get their name, email address and sometimes the phone number.
The autoresponder messages are just a way to keep in touch so they don’t forget you. Get the information first and then send them to your information page or blog. Now that you have the info, be sure and email them or call them and introduce yourself. Just find out about them and what they need and answer questions they have. By helping them first you will not be selling them anything. You become the helper who is showing them how to make money.
Keep things simple. A simple squeeze page that gets them excited to get more free information. A short autoresponder message series. You already have the contact information so make sure and call or email them and offer your help and assistance. Find out what they need and give it to them. Free Email Marketing Tips
2. Building Your Information Page
Next step is to build your information page or blog that you will send them to after they opt-in. Keep this simple in the beginning too, add to it later.
What should you write about? Tell people about yourself and your business. Don’t try to sell them the business, sell you as an expert who is going to teach them everything and show them how to make money with this opportunity. Presell them about the benefits and features of this business and why you chose to join. Great product, great system, great compensation plan, great team members and training.
The opportunity to make extra money is the driving force for these people as well as yourself so you have to stress it without becoming pushy. You want them to decide to join on their own. So just give them tons of information about the business.
What do I use to build my websites? I use the free NVU software. You can google the name and grab a free copy and then just watch some videos on youtube that will show you exactly what to do. Build a few practice pages and you are going to do fine. If you run into any problems and have questions google your question for the answer. Experiment until you are pretty happy with the results. It doesn’t have to be perfect or flashy, just information packed.
